Mipa 2K Epoxy Primer EP 100-20

2K zinc phosphate epoxy resin primer for steel, galvanized substrates, aluminum, GRP and mineral substrates. Suitable as a base coat for chemical protection and underwater paints as well as as an intermediate coat for EP zinc dust primers.

When constructed with Mipa PU 240-XX, it can be used safely for coating surfaces that come into direct contact with dry and abrasive foods (e.g. grain) (ISEGA certificate 43517 U 16).

When constructed with PU 250-XX, it meets the requirements for the fire behavior of materials and components according to EN 45545-2:2013 + A1:2015.

Mixing ratio: 5.1 wt. / 3:1 vol. with Mipa hardener EP 950-25 / EP 950-10

Dilution: approx. 0 - 25% with Mipa EP thinner
